Being a mom is super rewarding, but it also the most isolating gig I have ever known. When I became a stay at home, I survived on mommy & me activities until I made friends and created a solid circle of mamas to surround myself with.
As women, we are meant to have a solid circle of friends. But for many of us, motherhood or relocation can just kick us in the booty and leave us feeling lonely.
So I wanted to throw together a list of places where you and your babe can go hang out. Because we all deserve a little fun, mama!

Weekly story times for every age group, including Bilingual and Family Story Times.
Playnastics at J&R Gymnastics is for toddlers through age 5 and their caregivers. They have lots of fun equipment, including trampolines for the littles. As a mama you will have a great time too!
KinderMoms is an age based membership playgroup for children ages 0-5yrs. Events are mom-lead and held all over the city. (tip: the gold is in the subgroups – Jericho and I have a weekly playdate with a small group of moms and we have been able to build amazing friendships.)
From pregnancy workouts through postpartum and beyond, FIT4MOM offers fitness classes for moms at every workout level and stage of motherhood.
Every Friday Clay Casa hosts a story time complete with a story and an art project.
Their mommy & me class utilizes imagination, fun props and toddler-friendly music to facilitate learning.
While not specifically mommy & me classes, McKenna offers tons of special events that involve you and your kiddo! Check their calendar often.
Jumperoo is held weekly and is especially for kiddos under 5-years-old with their caregivers. Not a classroom setting, but from experience it offers lots of fun and bonding!
Every season, Parks & Rec puts out a ton of awesome events! From cooking classes, swimming classes, sports and nature hikes there is sure to be fun for the whole family
